DISPOSITION OF OI INVESTIGATION REPORT QS-85-0052 The subject investigation report was reviewed by an Allegation Review Panel on April 30, 1986. The panel determined that allegation RV-85-A-0059 may be closed and required no further action. This determination was documented by memorandum to flie dated May 14, 1986.
The panel determined that no violation of regulatory requirements was identified by the subject OI Investigation Report.
