Date: August 12,1997 Phone Log I received a caal today from David Trott, RSO, of Thiokol Corp. He called concerning his conversation with Craig Jones of the Utah Bureau of Radiation Control. He said Thiokol still possesses these electron tubes on site, and periodically sends them to contractors. We agreed that the registration certificate remain active.
