INTRODUCTION This Supplemental Report is submitted as required by Technical Specifica-tion 6.9.1.5.d to the Crystal River Unit 3 Facility Operating License No. OPR-72.
This report contains an additional table designed to assess the radiation doses to the hypothetical worst case individual from reactor releases for the previous calendar year as required by Technical Specifica-tion 6.9.1.5.d.
The report, when issued in February 1985 along with the previous report, included all of the doses required but the sumation table had been inadvertently omitted.
