SUBJECT:
CHANGES TO THE NRC FUEL CYCLE REGULATORY PROGRAM EFFORT / FEE DETERMINATION Please find attached the proposed revised table for the NRC Fuel Cycle Regulatory Program Annual Effort / Fee Determination (Attachment 1). Note that B&W Parks Township and General Atomics are removed from the table due to their status, i.e., both facilities are decommissioning and ray specific casework will be charged to a specific case number. Given their status, no annual fee should be charged to these facilities. The proposal was coordinated with Bob Nelson (DWM) who agreed that there should not be an annual fee for the aforementioned fecilities. Also, the enrichment category entries in the table were confirmed with Dan Martin (SPB).
Also, attached are two copies of the Lotus template electronic file for the table (Attachment 2),
one of which should be provided to the Office of the Controller, License Fee and Accounts Retrievable Branch, along with Attachment 1.
