FINAL RULE: DELIBERATE MISCONDUCT BY UNLICENSED PERSONS The OCFO is reviewing the above Commission Paper for resource impacts.

The final rule would extend the Deliberate Misconduct Rule to certificate holders, and to applicants for licenses or certificates of compliance.

What impact is this expected to have on NRC workload, i.e. by extending the requirement for enforcement actions to additional categories of people, and how is that additional workload resourced in the budget?
