We have reviewed your letter dated December 10,1998, revising your commitment to
the referenced violation. Given the lack of instances where uncalibrated electronic dosimeters

were issued, we agree that measures taken to date to prevent recurrence of the violation have

been effective. We understand that you plan to implement the proposed personnel access

computer software revision, although delayed from the original implementation schedule, as an
enhancement instead of a commitment. This approach is acceptabte. If you have any
