FYI, I faxed a copy to Nancy Hunt at EPA (EPA's Mixed Waste Team Leader, and the staffer who suggested sending out the report to the States) on 10/7/97 and she also concured.
Also, I told my Section Leader that I was in agreement with the letter and was informed that it was appropriate for me to concur for the Office.
