SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50 528/97 23; 50 529/97 23; 50 530/97 23
Dear Mr. Levino:
An NRC inspection was conducted September 16 22,1997, at your Palo Vorde Nuclear
Gonorating Station, Units 1,2, and 3 reactor f acilities. At the conclusion of the inspection,
the findings were discussed with you and those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.
The NRC datormined that your physical security program was offoctively imptomonted.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safoguards information as defined by
10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of
the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Thorofore, the material will not be placed in
the Public Document Room.
