Dear Mr. Pierson:

In response to item 3 of the Plan of Action and Schedule for Issue 36 of DOE /ORO-2026, Plan for Achieving Compliance with NRC Regulations at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (Compliance Plan), the purpose of this letter is to transmit final design information for the planned structural modifications to Buildings C-331 and C-335.

The enclosure provides a listing of the design documents included with this letter. Also identified in the enclosure are those design documents that have not been included with this letter but are available

- at the site for NRC review.
