(PFS), to the October 1, 1997 motion of petitioner-State of Utah to extend by forty-five days the time for filing intervention petition supplements, including lists of contentions. In its response, PFS also indicated it plans to file its answer to the State of Utah's October 1, 1997 motion to suspend this proceeding "later this week."

Any participant wishing to file a response to the October 1, 1997 State of Utah motions to suspend the iroceeding and to extend the time for filing contentions shall do so on or before Tuesday.
