50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, we are providing in enclosures 1 and 2 40 copies of revised pages to the October 2, 1984, September 27, November 8, and December 9, 1985 letters (TVA-SQN-TS 60) which requested an amendment to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2.

These revised pages supercede only those same pages previously provided to you.

First, these revised pages contain the administrative technical specification changes necessary to reflect the new organizational structure being l

implemented in the Office of Nuclear Power. Additionally, there are other administrative technical specification changes involving Independent safety i

i Engineering Group (ISEG), fire brigade membership, Radiological Assessment l

Review Committee (RARC), and the Nuclear Safety Review Board (NSRB). A description of these proposed changes, as well as a justification for the proposed changes is provided in enclosure 3.

Also, enclosure 3 contains the significant hazards consideration determination for these proposed changes that was performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.
