ALLEGATION CLOSE OUT BASED ON FINAL OI REPORT QS-86-001 An Allegation Review Board, comprised of Messrs. L. Shollenberger, O. Shackleton, F. Wenslawski, J. Montgomery and D. Schuster, met on April 30, 1986, to review the final 01 Inquiry Report.
The Board decided to close the subject allegation based on the completion of the 01 Inquiry. No regulatory violations or safety significance were identified and 01 completed its responsibility by obtaining all relevant information from the alleger and other relevant persons. Therefore, this allegation is considered closed.
Region V will send a final letter to the alleger.
