SUBJECT:
DISPOSITION OF OI INVESTICATION REPORT QS-86-001 The subject Investigation Report was reviewed by an Allegation Review Panel en April 30, 1986. The panel determined that Allegation RV-86-A-0004 may be closed and required no further action except to write a letter to the alleger as directed by Region V Instruction No. 1303. This determination was documented by memorandum to file dated May 15, 1986.
The panel determined that no violation of regulatory requirements was jdentified by the subject OI Investigation Report.
