CONFIRMATION OF MEETING - SEQUOYAH - DOCKET NOS. 50-327 AND 50-328 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. L. Gridley of your staff and Mr. S. P. Weise on May 14, 1986, concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Region II Office on May 30, 1986, at 10:00 a.m. We requested this conference to discuss the apparent failure to adequately verify operability of circuit breakers providing overcurrent protection for the 480 volt electrical containment penetrations. a. 10 CFR Part 100.11 limits (assuming a penetration failure)
b. Design / installation of backup overcurrent devices (e.g., current rating, response time, surveillance verification, etc.)
c. Plans to assure the adequacy of all electrical containment penetration overcurrent protective device testing
d. Generic implications towards surveillances of other safety related equipment f
