On August 10, 1984, the Region IV Office of Investigations Field Office received from the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) TRT a GAP allegation related to a material false statement mada tf the CPSES plant management to the ASLB. This allegation was* contained in a March 19, 1984 j

SUBJECT:
TRANSFER OF COMANCHE PEAK ALLEGATION TO OI FOR REVIEW On March 19, 1984, the Government Accountability Project (CAP) submitted various allegations concerning Comanche Peak to the NRC. A copy of the GAP submittal and associated documentation developed by the Technical Review Team is enclosed.
These issues were included in the technical issues and allegations scheduled for review by the Technical Review Team.
One of the CAP allegations (Item 18 of the CAP letter) concerns " Material false statements by plant management to the Atomic Safety and Licensing i
