Gentlemen:

Thank you for your letter of December 13, 1985, _ in response to our letter and

the attached Notice of Violation dated November 14, 1985. As a result of our

review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your

Mr. W. Reed during a telephone call on January 9,1986, is needed.

Specifically, we need a clearer statement of the reason for the violation in

each case and, for Violation B concerning temporary change notices (TCNs), we

need additional information that demonstrates that, for any given procedure,

all TCNs'affecting it will be accounted for until it is revised.
