NRC MC&A INSPECTION REPORT NO. 76-1113/97 203
Dear Mr. Kipp:
A routine inspection of your facility's material control and accounting (MC&A) safeguards program was conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on August 11-15,1997. The scope, observations, and conclusions are detailed in the enclosed report.
No violations were identified, but the !nspectors identified three new inspector follow up items (IFis). The inspectors also closed one violation, one non-cited violation, one unresolved item, and three IFis from previous MC8 A inspections.
Under the provisions of Section 2.790(d), reports containing information about a licensee's MC&A program are exempt from public disclosure. Accordingly, the enclosure will 001 be placed in the Public Document Room.
