WSMR CAL-Reply Brian Smith and I have reviewed the CAL. Good Job!

Only two minor changes:

1) In item 3,2nd sentence, change the "should" to "will"

2) in item 3, 2nd sentence, after the word " evaluation, add ", and appropriate testing,"

Steve's comments seen to have been addressed, and therefore we do not feel it is necessary for Steve to review the CAL unless you feel it is necessary. Steve will not be back until J
