Sandra Ximberley, LFDCB, had requested a registration amendment on March 18,1997 for Hawaiian independent Refinery, Inc, to be changed to BHP Petroleum Americas Refinery, Inc.,
as the Custom User of a Continuour LevelIndicator (NR 321 D 105-S). This name change had actually occuned on February 8,1993, as indicated in a letter dated July 22,1997, from Harold Omori of BHP Petroleum Americas Refinery, Inc., Region IV, licensing, had already been aware of this change for some time. The device is still being used at the samt, physical location, but the Post Office had changed the city designation from Ewa Beach to Kapolei, Hawaii. The labeling requirements of 10 CFR 20.203 are now covered by 13 CFR 20.1901 and 10 CFR 20.1004. Therefore, I have updated registration certificate NR-321-D-105 S to reflect these changes *,
- Note, since there were no changes made affecting the device in any way, a safety evaluation was not performed at this time.
