I am writing on behalf of Donald L. Lindsey, a constituent of the 13th Congressional district, in order to facilitate his request. As his enclosed letter states, he would like the breakdown cost of all the nuclear power stations which Commonwealth Edison built in the 1980s, especially Byron, Braidwood, LaSalle and Zion.

I would appreciate your response to this matter in sending your reply on my behalf to Mr.

Lireay. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of this matter,

incerely, ir

Dear Congressman Fawell:

(

This is a request to your office for information through the " Freedom of Information Act" from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

The information that I am seeking is the total cost figure to taxpayers on the Nuclear Power Stations that Commonwealth -. Edison built during the 1980's. I need a breakdown cost for cach power station such as Byron, Braidwood, La Salle and Zion as well as any other stations that Edison built during those years.

I appreciate your assistance on this important matter.

Sincerely, Donald L Lindsey i
