SUBJELf: DOCKET NOS.: 50-280, 50-281, 50-338, AND 50-339 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of September 20, 1985, which transmitted a revision dated August 30, 1985 to the North Anna and Surry Power Stations Guard T&Q Plans.
Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acs eptable for inclusion into the plan.
This revision was submitted as revision 9 to the Surry plan and revision 8 to the North Anna plan. Our records show that this is revision 9 to both plans.
This was discussed in a teleconference on October 2,1985, between Mr. J. Hellems of your staff and Ms. O. Masnyk of this office.
Please submit a revision 9 coversheet for the North Anna plan.
The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
