Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency in Reference (A),
Interim Reports by Reference (B) and (F), and Time Extensions by References (C),
(D), and (E).
Due to a need for GE to retrieve further documentation that is required for evaluation, it is now expected that the Final Report will be submitted by June 12, 1986.
There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
