This refen to your letter dated October 10, 1935 for amendments to Certificates of Compliance Nos. 9156 and 9185.

We received your check for $150. Your application, however, is subject to application fees totalling $300 as specified in fee Category 10E ($150 each) of 5170.31,10 CFR 170, copy enclosed. Payment of the additional $150 should be made to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to gy attention.

Applicants in fee Category 10E pay an initial application fee of $150 for each l shipping container and are subsequently billed at six-month intervals for all accumulated HRC costs or upon completion of the review, whichever occurs sooner.

The total fee assessediill be based on the actual NRC cost (professional staff-hours) to process the application as well as any contractual cost incurred.

Based on the above, please remit the additional $150 fee and nail it to ny attention. If you have any questions concerning the fee, please let me know.
