This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr.
K.
D. Ward of this
office on April 13-14, 29-30, and May 6-8,
1992.
The inspection
included a review of authorized activities for your Perry Nuclear
Power Plant, Unit 1 facility.
The focus of this inspection was
your inservice inspection efforts.
At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of
your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Arcas examined during the inspection are identified in the
report.
Within these areas, the inspection consis
id of
selective examinations of procedures, representati 2 records,
observation of activities and interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the
course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of'this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be
- placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
