Dear Mr. Miller:
Enclosed is a copy of the final exercise report for the October 20,1998, MS-1, out of sequence drill for Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire, specific to the Seabrook Nuclear Power Station. This report addresses the evaluation of the hospital's plans and procedures for the handling of a contaminated, injured person. The final report was prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region I staff. Copies of this report will be forwarded to the State of New Hampshire.
There were no Deficiencies identified during the October 20, drill. There was, however, one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) identified. Region I staff will coordinate drill.
