This refers to the routine safety insp?ction conducted by Mr. W. Baunack of this
office from May 20 - 24, 1991, of activities authorized by NRC License No.
NPF-E7 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Baunack with
Mr. J. Hagan and other members of your staf f at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region 1
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no viciations were observed.
