Subject:
Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 218 entitled. "Revieu McGuire Units 1 & 2 Conversion of Current Technical Specifications to Improved TS Based on Standard TS" The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order from December 31, 1997 to January 31, 1998, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph, first sentence, as stated in the basic task order, beginning with " Task Order No.-218..." is deleted in its entirety and-replaced with the following sentence in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 218 shall be in effect August 22, 1997 through January 31, 1998."
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this extension shall be required.
The issuance of tnis modification does not ame1d any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
