As requested in your letter dated October 21, 1985, we have registered you in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71, as a user of the following certificate (s) of compliance.
Model Number Package Identification Mumber NUPAC 14/190L, USA /9159/A HUPAC 14/190H, NUPAC 14/190H-It It will be necessary for you to obtain the necessary documentation and drawings from your package supplier or the NRC Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, h'el, Washington, DC 20555(202/364-3273).
We note that Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 71-0000 is applicable to all Commonwealth Edison Conpany stations. Presently, we are separately registering each Commonwealth Edison Company station. If desired, a single registration applicable to all Conmonwealth Edison stations could be made. In this case, Comonwealth Edison would have to make the necessary distribution to its stations.
