This is in reference to the July 11, 1984 memorandum from Stephen Burns to you concerning the above subject.
That memorandum transferred a proposed letter to Mr. Guild and-Federal Register Notice on the ?.206 request.
I believe that the 2.206 response would be strengthened if the changes suggested in the enclosure to this memorandum were incorporated.
