This letter withdraws the March 20, 1995 request for NRC approval of the Pressure-Temperature Limit Report (PTLR) methodology. Withdrawal at this time will allow the NRC to better focus its resources on issues of greater import toSouthernCaliforniaEdison(SCE). SCE will be evaluating this issue further and may consider resubmitting this request at some point in the future.
