Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 4 to the Catawba Nuclear Station, Safeguards Contingency Plan. Revision 4 was developed to reflect station organization changes, revised Decisions /
Actions related to Events and revised Chapter 4 Event Responsibility matrix.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 4 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station, Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Catawba Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
