The subject IE Bulletin requested that holders of construction permits submit a report describing the actions taken or planned regarding ASME nuclear code pumps and spare parts, manufactured by HTPC, in their possession.
Reference a) items la and 6, provided your office with the specific WNP-5 HTPC pumps delivered and committment of notification upon disposition.
This letter is to inform you that the two (2) subject pumps have been sold per Reference b). The buyer has been informed that the subject bulletin applies.
