Dear Mr. Noonan:
This letter is to inform you of the following new management appointments:
Effective May 1986, Mr. Larry D. Nace has been appointed Vice President, Engineering and Construction for Texas Utilities Generating Company (TUGC0), Mr. Nace will be responsible for implementation of all engineering and construction activities at CPSES. Mr. Nace was formerly in engineering management with Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation (SWEC),
and as an employee of SWEC, was Director of Engineering at CPSES.
In March 1986, Mr. Joe B. George was appointed Vice President, Nuclear Support for TUGCO. Mr. George is responsible for the administration of all contracts which support the construction efforts at CPSES and for the supervision of the construction budget and cost control.of the project.
Mr. George has been with the Texas Utilities System since 1959 and has served in several management positions at CPSES since 1977.
In March 1986, Mr. John T. Merritt, Jr. was appointed Director of Construction for TUGCO. Mr. Merritt is respor.cible for Unit 2 construction related activities at CPSES. Mr. Merritt also serves CPSES as the Dir ctor of Start-Up. Mr. Merritt has been with the Texas Utilities System since 1968 and has served in several management positions at CPSES since 1977.
In March 1986, Mr. Richard E. Camp was appointed Project Manager - Unit I for TUGCO. Mr. Camp is responsible for construction and related activities required to prepare CPSES Unit I for fuel load. Mr. Camp is with Impe11 Corporation and has served in management positions at CPSES since 1975.
Mr. Nace and Mr. Geo ge will report to the Executive Vice President, Nuclear Engineering and Operations, W. G. Counsil. Mr. Camp will report to the Vice President, Engineering and Construction.
