This refers to the investigation conducted by Mr. H. Brooks Griffin of the NRC Office of Investigations, Region IV field office during the period April i
1 -
through May 1984 of activities authorized by NRC Construction Permits CPPR-126 and CPPR-127 for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
This investigation was initiated at the request of Region IV as the result of document control related allegations. The Comanche Peak Technical Review. Team (TRT) has conducted its own technical evaluation of these allegations and utilized the testimony developed in this investigation.
Enforcement actions relative to allegations evaluated by the TRT were included as part of the Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties which was forwarded to you by NRC letter dated May 2, 1986 (EA 86-09).
