Underexposure of Radiation Survey Instrument to High Radiation Fields and Excessive Skin Exposure due to Contamination with Hot Particles. These notices are provided to inform you of a warning from Eberline that a microcomputer-based radiation survey instrument, Eberline's Model ESP-1, may underrespond to high radiation fields and of a potentially significant problem pertaining to skin contamination incidents. As stated in the notices, this information is provided for information purposes only and no specific action or written response is required.
