REVIEW 0F TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR WASHINGTON NUCLEAR PROJECT NO. 2 (GENERIC LETTER 83-36)

ORAB has reviewed a submittal dated December 6, 1983, from the Washington Public Power Supply System in response to Generic Letter 83-36. The licensee has already completed the Technical Specifications (TSs) for the following items:

1. Post-Accident Sampling (II.B.3)
2. Noble Gas Effluent Monitors (II.F.1.1)
3. Sampling and Analysis of Plant Effluents (II.F.1.2) 4 Containment High-Range Radiation Monitor (II.F.1.3)
5. Containment Pressure Monitor (II.F.1.4)
6. Containment Water Level Monitor (II.F.1.5)
7. Containment Hydrogen Monitor (II.F.1.6)
8. Control Room Habitability Requirements (III.D.3.4)

For Item II.B.1 - Reactor Coolant System Vents, no TSs are required for WNP-2.

This completes our review of response to Generic Letter 83-36 for WNP-2.

The TAC number 54425 should be closed.
