Dear Mr. 0'Reilly:
In my letter of May ll,1984 transmitting Significant Deficiency Report SD 413-414/84-09, it was incorrectly stated that inspection personnel have been instructed that verification of tubing clamps would be perfonned at the mechanical inspection of the support.
Inspection personnel were instructed to perform this verification at the torque inspection.
Please find attached a revised statement of the corrective action for this deficiency. All corrective action has been taken and we are in full compliance.
