This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation on May 8, 1986 concerning the Vendor Program Branch inspection at your Birmingham, Alabama offices on May 19 thru May 23, 1986.
The inspection will relate to SCSI safety related activities performed for the J. M. Farley N. P. and E. I. Hatch plant licensees.
In order to facilitate the inspection, please provide a list of plant modifications on the two facilities that have been or will be performed by SCSI and a copy of your engineering procedures manual. Members of the NRC Inspection Team will be Richard Correia, Pat Milano, K. C. Leu, S. V. Athavale, Dan Golden (consultant) and Ted DelGaizo (consultant).
An entrance meeting is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19 and an exit meeting is tentatively scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 23, 1986.
