The attached letter is ready for your review and concurrence. A few minor edits are reflected in this final version based on my and Jenny's telecon discussion of the draft earlier this aftemoon.
For instance, because we must give the States at least 30 days to respond to a request for information under OMB 3150-0029, we took out the December due date and added in place that they are to respond within 30 days of receipt of the request.
Please notify me of your/ Jenny's concurrence and/or let me know if any revision is necessary.
