i The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in 4

i Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B).

At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by June 12, 1984.

expected that this information will be finalized by July 18, 1984, at I

which time a complete report will be submitted.
