This is to inform you that the NRC intends to perform a team inspection of your Emergency Operating Procedures at the Quad Cities site on July 25 through August 5,1988 and to request your er.sistance in accomplishing this task.
The scope of the inspection will focus on; procedural adequacy, training and staff capabilities to implement these procedures. Each inspection team will consist of approximately five members providing expertise in different areas.
The team leaders will be contacting you at a later date about the exact details of the inspections and the required procedures they will need prior to the start of the inspection.
