McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-970 Supplemental Technical Specification Proposal Gentlemen:
By letter dated February 17, 1987, Duke Power submitted proposed changes to the McGuire Nuclear Station Technical Specifications.
The proposed changes addressed a range of issues, all of which were minor or administrative in j
nature.
One of these changes involved updating the Index to the Technical l
Specifications.
Discussions b e twe en members of the NRC and Duke Power staffs revealed additional changes to the Index were needed as a result of amendments issued since the February 17, 1987 submittal.
Accordingly, please find attached a revised copy of the Index with appropriate changes indicated.
l As this submittal supplenients an earlier proposal, no license fees are l
l required.
The changes are purely administrative; the justification as prisented in the February 17, 1987 submittal remains fully valid and needs no supplement.
