" Required Actions Based on Generic Implications of Salem ATWS Events," Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 4.1 and 4.5.1.
Our review found that the Yankee i
Post-Maintenance Testing Programs for the Reactor Trip System (Items 3.1.1 and 3.1.2) and all other safety-related components (Items 3.2.1 and 3.2.2),
and the Yankee Reactor Trip System Reliability for Vendor-Related Modifications (Item 4.1) and System Functional Testing (Item 4.5.1) are all satisfactory.
