SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 1986 At the onset of the February 1986 reporting period, reactor power was 68%

Rated Thermal Power (31 MWe-net). Power was being escalated following the January 25-29 outage. A reactor power level of approximately 91% (44 MWe-net) was achieved on February 4. For the remainder of the reporting period, the plant coasted down. Reactor power was 84% (40 MWe-net) at the end of February.

No major safety-related maintenance was conducted during February. A Type B leakage test was conducted on the emergency airlock on February 17 with satisfactory results. No leakage was measured during the test.
