On August 21,1998, the NRC issued Perry inspection Report 50-440/98013(DRP). The
subject line for the cover letter incorrectly referenced a Notice of Violation. The cover letter
also failed to recognize no cited violations being issued. We are enclosing a corrected letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
