Plant on February 10 - April 15, 1986. These findings have been discussed with

The inspection identified a Violation related to the administrative control of on-
going plant modifications. Please reply to this matter in accordance with the en-
closed Appendix A.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in
your letter to NRC Region I dated December 16, 1985. Those actions pertained to
the findings of Inspections 85-20 and 85-22, forwarded to you by our letters dated
October 25 and November 15, 1985, and will be examined during future inspections.
