Inspection Summary

Inspection Conducted November 4-8, 1985 (Reports 50-313/85-26; 50 368/85-27)

Areas Inspected:

Routine, unannounced inspection of the lock and key control

system, alarm stations, communications, compensatory measures, physical

barriers (both PA and VA), testing and maintenance, detection aids, assessment

aids, and access controls.

Results: Within the areas inspected, five apparent violations were identified

(inadequate physical barriers-PA, paragraph 3; inadequate lock and key control,

paragraph 4; inadequate assessment aids, paragraph 8; inadequate physical

barriers-VA, paragraph 9; inadequate detection aids-VA, paragraph 11).
