We have reviewed the decommissioning plan for the Wilmington fuel fabrication facility, transmitted by your letter of July 14, 1978. We agree with the statement in your transmittal letter that the results of the ongoing study of decommissioning should be reflected in your decommissioning plan. We will, therefore, expect you to submit revisions to your plan as soon as the generic study is completed, since your plan as now presented does not include sufficient details. Furthermore, based on conversations with your Mr. A. Kaplan on September 18, 1978, it is our understanding that you will submit, in about two weeks, a statement from a GE corporate official describing the financial provisions for decommissioning.
