NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR ST.4 rlON ' UNIT #1 i
NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE
'Ihe station operated during the month of November 1997 with a Unit Availability Factor of 0%
and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 0%. There were no challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves. - Reductions in Cipacity Factor were due to the continued forced outage to repair Emergency Condensers (tube leaks), The tube bundles for all 4 Emergency Condenser are being replaced.
