Dear Dr. Grace:
Review of data submitted in the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Reports for the period of January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1985 has revealed some data to be in error. These errors concern the volume of radioactive waste shipped during the reporting periods. The incorrect values previously reported were caused by clerical accounting errors. Please find attached revised pages for the reports.
